These Terms of Service govern your use of suncoastais.com and the services provided by Suncoast AI Solutions, an AI automation agency based in Clearwater, Florida. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Services

Suncoast AI Solutions provides AI voice agents, web design, email & SMS automation, lead generation, social media automation, process automation, and consulting. The specific scope, deliverables and timing of any engagement are set out in the individual written agreement or proposal for that engagement, and services are delivered as described at the time of engagement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use suncoastais.com or our services for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with or disrupt the site or its servers, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its systems, or data, and not to resell or repackage our services without prior written permission.

Fees and payment

Fees, the billing cycle, and any applicable refunds for an engagement are set out in the individual written agreement or proposal for that engagement. Recurring services continue until cancelled in writing. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, payments are due as invoiced and overdue amounts may suspend service.

Text messaging (SMS)

Suncoast AI Solutions sends service-related text messages only to people who have contacted us or submitted our contact form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual property

All content on suncoastais.com — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Suncoast AI Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client deliverables created under an engagement are governed by the terms of that individual agreement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services and this website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suncoast AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service.
